Billu Barber = Potential Chartbuster. Review on Billu Songs

Marjaani has Sukhwinder and Sunidhi giving their all in this pop-bhangra fusion track. Love Mera Hit Hit oozes with synth, hindglish smear and of course, rhythm. But it gives you a "deja-vu" feeling that you've heard the tune from some where Rocking and Reeling is pretty slow but the english lyrics sound forced. Same goes for Ae Aa O. Billu Bhyanakar is an interesting listen for Gulzar's https://lyrics. Jahoo Kahan and Khudaya Khair work well compared to the Tamil version, Kuselan.

Though Pritam is redundant and in the loop throughout, he hits the right notes with Katha Parayumpol's Hindi version. The soundtrack has done half of the job being a potential chartbuster, now let's see if Priyan can achieve what P.Vasu couldn't do for Kuselan. For one thing though, the album cover 50 SRK-50 Irfan/Lara Dutta unlike the Tamil version hyped up for Rajnikanth/Nayantara, so half the battle's won.
