One of the fake and a fraud Developer I have ever dealt with. Please be very very careful dealing with such type of people. I am one of his customer purchased a flat in Bilad Bloomfield in Ulwe. In just a span of not even 5 years since the builder had handed over the possession of the premises there are the leakages all over the building. The outside plaster done is of a horrible quality, one can see cracks all over. Please don't waste your hard earned buying any property in any of the bilad projects, they are cheaters.
