I visit bikes and barrels during every visit to chennai. This place is excellent, great music and makes u feel relaxed.
The crowd is cool, but in weekends its totally packed. I would very much appreciate if they could make a dance floor seperate atleast in weekends for all those crowd to have fun. The price is reasonable with variety of cocktails, but food is not all that good. Atleast in weekends if they make the entry restricted to couples then it would be more fun and worth visiting.
As Chennai is really short of discotheques, residency towers can add to discotheque or modify the pub to accomodate the dancing crowd. Dress code should be complusory for men to make the atmosphere more pleasing. In weekends I had to wait for almost an hour to get my drinks, which is very annoying especially when you go for few drinks on saturday nights.
