I own a ICICI credit card and I got to know that I can get a 50% discount on subscription.
And so I selected a monthly plan and paid using my ICICI credit card, and guess what I was not given the discount and this is what they said in reply from BIGFlix Customer Care toBrijesh brijeshni2@gmail.com

Thank you for writing to us.
To avail the ICICI offer, you had to follow the steps as below:
Click on the ICICI banner on the "Choose Plan" page (Step 3 of registration on our website)
Clicking on the banner would have brought you to a new page with the ICICI discounted plans.
Choose the desired plan from the available plans under ICICI offer.
Make Payment using your ICICI credit card.
(Tip: Check the final amount being charged to your card as it should show the discounted value).
Since at the time of choosing the desired plan and making the payment, you chose the regular plan.

When you are not a memeber and brouse through the web site, you get to see the big picture but once you subscribe you will understand that more then 50% titles are not availabel in Pune region.
For exampel - Their are 186 titles under the kids section, and once I paid money I found that 106 titles are not avilabe. Reliance is good at giving a bigpicture and fool their customers.
I had faced simiular problems with my Reliance Mobile ph bills and my data card bills.
Bottom line is - Reliance is here to cheat people and earn money....
