Should have been BIG B*****D 's. Review on Bigbasket

We ordered stuff worth almost Rs. 3000, firstly Big B's had a delivery slot available only after 2 days, so we opted for delivery after 3 days( on Friday) in the 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm slot. I got a call on Friday evening that the delivery guy is outside my door at about 8:00 pm. When I informed the extremely rude executive who called me; that since we are working & no one is available at home, he would have to wait for about half an hour for us to reach home & also informed him that he should have at least called me before sending the  delivery, he very rudely informed me that it is not their job to call customers & it's not his problem if we are at home or not, if we had selected the time slot between 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm, we should better be there during this entire time, waiting for their delivery boy to arrive. He was not willing to listen, not willing to wait & informed me that it was all my fault that I did not wait at home for 2 1/2 hours for this delivery boy. Either they have too much business or they just don't care for customers. Don't waste your time ordering from the " extremely customer friendly " BIG B's.
