I feel this review is:
Big basket has a prompt delivery service but concern is quality of the product. Most of the products are in packing so its not sure the quality if product is good or fresh. I ordered so many times on big basket, got delivery on time they has committed but some times I got Unfresh product. Bigbasket has to improve quality & deliver only fresh products. Remaining all things are good. You can try once to give order on Bigbasket. They have good customer support also. Payment option is cash on delivery or credit card or debit card available.
