Products are ordered but not delivered completely while they take full payments. When called they keep you on hold and refunds are also not paid in full for missing items...neither Blinkt not any other app ever charge surcharge on items due to weight change....but bigbasket on pretext that there was weight change take a surcharge always hence their price mentioned is also never correct.
My point is who asked them to give extra , why can't they cut and Remove extra part and stick to their price , again deliver complete items when you take full payment...also customer care disconnects without providing a solution ...it's outright cheating the customers
