Bigbasket is a online grocery shopping platform started in year 2011.Bigbasket also has Android app.I am shopping grocery regularly from bigbasket since 1 year. Here I will share my personal experience with bigbasket like their delivery, product quality, customer care , products availablity, discounts etc.
Pros-
Wide range of Products are available at big basket from fruits , vegetables to daily usage shampoo , detergent, diary products, bakery, beverages etc which I like most.
Delvery service is very good mostly it delivers order next day but sometimes same day also but only sometimes when orders are less.
I am really satisfied with their delivery service.
Products available are genuine, reliable & delivered in good condition.
Bigbasket application is very good, easy to search products , adding to cart & just place order easily. Also its support various payment method like debit/credit card, COD, Paytm & other e-wallets also.
Products are available at reasonable prices with many offers , discounts etc.
Product range from diary products like milk , curd, ghee & fresh fruits & vegetable are available widely.
Packaging of the delivered products is very nice.Fresh fruits & veggies are packed nicley no complaints in that so far.
Also products delivered are in good & fresh condition.
Also customer care is good in case some time product is damaged or out of expiry they immediately refund on complaints.
Also there is service called bbexpress which delivers product in 2-3 hours on same day after placing the order only for essential items.
A wide range of payment options are available & good number of offers are generally available for customers to shop.
Cons -
Some products are a bit costly than market or in other supermarkets especially fresh fruits.
Sometimes product are not available for many days & one have to wait for the products
Overall for me shopping bigbasket is a great experience so far.No major complaints till now they are good at their service especially in my region.So I will suggest every one to go for bigbasket without any hesitation as they are reliable & trust worthy site.
