It's a really very awful app, first they show they will deliver it in time later they call and say sorry delivery is not possible. It happened to me thrice by this time.
While ordering they say products are available but by the time of delivery they call and say sorry product is out of stock we cannot deliver.
Till time they never delivered products according to the time or slot which was given, they have always been late this makes us that we can't rely on them even a bit as they may suddenly cancel you deliver. It's such a pathetic way, if you can't delivery then what is the point of running such a business.
Once they suddenly started bb membership card without any permission and my wallet got a negative balance of 300 I was shocked and when I checked it, it says I have activated bb membership and I have to pay for it. Which is totally a fraud, as they do it without our permission.
