Poor servise. Review on BIG Cinemas: R World - Kasturba Road - Rajkot

BIG cinema is the cineplex in Rajkot. Main bad experience of this theater when we want to show on first day and try to book a ticket in paytm or book my show. They do not a put online ticket on that apps. We have to go one day before to book a moviw ticket. On this online era why should we go to book a movie ticket one day before. Another problem is that on their customer service line whenwe call a number to know movie schedule. They hardly response 1 in 10 times so we also need to go at cineplex just to show a show timing. Another problem is that they run show only if 15 member is there. If we go to movie and there is 14 members than we have to buy 15th ticket to run the show. Waiting launge is there but the give entry 15 minutes before the show in waiting launge so we have to standup outer side of the cineplex. Sitting area is clean. Ticket hike are too much. In Festival hike are some times 200% .
