I did purchased sofa set 2 1 1 seater with centre table cost around 21, 000 from Sodala with my uncle, there were promised to us it will delivered within 24 hours. But it took two working days delivered also be called multiple times for urgent delivery.
After delivered the product there was small crack on the centre table mirror glass, we ask them to replace this they said it’s a minor defect nothing will be happen. We called The big Bazar for replacement to the centre table and they were denying to do that and asked us to shared with them the crecked pictures. On the next day one guy Raju came from furniture bazzar. And he said it’s a minor crack nothing will happen, but we paid complete amount so we are not agreed to accept it. Then he called the big Bazar support Centre and I was assured by the shop that disarray minor damage and I should not worry about this. I refused to accept any damage item and asked for a replacement which is yet to happen. really they provide me acknowledgement replacement incident number can you took three weeks for the replacement.
Seriously be disappointed with your services also several time we called and send SMS to the manager or complain Number but there was no proper respond by them.
So beware and pay only on delivery and check properly down delivered items.
