I purchases a Pigeon gas stove from big bazaar. The product stopped working. I raised a complaint and the product was repaired. The product again stopped working.. I am following up with pigeon since 23rd may through email but in vain. I complained to Big Bazaar on same 7th June. I sent multiple mails to BIG BAZAAR ans I got reply that the issue is resolved. I am continuously following with Big Bazaar but no response from their end.
Would suggest to think before purchasing any product from Big Bazaar which require after sales service
