This Sunday I visited PritamPura Big Bazzar at Delhi. I tell you the billing clerks are highly uneducated and confuse.
First they couldn't found the Bar code of one item. Then they accommodated one employee's girlfriend by holding my order and billed her first like govt. office.
Later they tried to sell rice at higher price then they only advertising,as the system is not update and Clerk is not ready to listen.
All in all, they should improve the billing process.
If you see long lines for billing, walk out. As once you get frustrated they try to cheat you. I think there is Racket going on with billing clerks ( and later they pass there won items)
Earlier also once Light went off at Metro/Inderpuri make a manual false Bill
I think Management of Big Bazaar is sleeping to Billing clerks are fooling people
