I made a transaction using BHIM app, As the transaction got successfull still I do not recieved the amount thats why I made a complaint / raise quary in multiple platform, instantly I got a response that they already working on this.
complaint plat form was 1.twitter 2.facebook 3.email support 4. call supoort. in call support they unable to fetch their own transaction details With RRN number I was disappointed so I contact email/twitter/Facebook Handle since I got same reply from last 30 days that they are working on my case with higer priority but not able to provide a single valid information, is this any kind of a joke? really disappointed. do comment below
