Last year me and my family was on the tour of Agra, we ended up staying this hotel as we were unable to find accommodation in the rest of the better rated hotel.
The hotel provides the facilities under 3.5 star rating. I can say the receptionist are well trained and give you a warm welcome on your arrival.the hotel has its own party hall. They provides wifi facilities with fairly good speed. About hotel, I think hotel has around 55 to 60 rooms. The rooms are divided in three category one is superior luxury and executive rooms. The quality of food was good we had ordered mughali dish that was good in taste.
We occupied three rooms in total.we had to get one room changed, as there was lots of smell of smoke. The hotel staff was helpful enough to change the room instantly. The rooms were spacious enough and were neat and clean. The hotel staff was courteous and was willing to help us.
One negative factor was, it was very far away from Taj Mahal and other popular locations.Overall, it was a decent experience.
