Bhartiaxa Elite advantage fraud. Review on Bharti AXA Life Insurance

Buyer's please be aware that insurance companies scam you through their agents and claim that they are not aware of any such things.

I got a call from lady who claimed to be from bhartiaxa told me that this plan is offering 11.88% return and when I questioned that the website itself doesn't promise you that kind of a return, she said that her senior will explain me everything.( Mind you they collect all your personal info)

Her so called senior named Dipesh (91676 2xxxx) called me and told that he will explain me the amounts with the policy bond, he made me open my excel and enter the amounts to calculate the IRR and picks various points from maturity section, death section, surrender section and tells me that if i invest 1L a year now, i would get around 25L at the end of 12th year. They tell that it is a one day offer of GST and some bonus so that you don't get much time to think. When i told him that i am not convinced with the explanation of the amounts as it falls under various sections and it is difficult to understand the way he was explaining and that i need something in writing to prove the amounts, he tells me that bhartiaxa will generate a portal in which all the call recordings and all the amounts would be clearly defined and they cannot give you in writing now(red flag which i ignored as he told me he is from bhartiaxa) and he told that the verification team will call me to confirm if i have understood everything and will confirm the amounts and asked me not to ask them anything as they will again direct me to him as he would be the relationship manager and some one from his office who sits next to him will call you after sometime and confirm the amounts.(Multiple people calling you saying they are from bhartiaxa would be a planned scene) so when i decide to go ahead with the plan he transfers my call to so called his senior Praneet (85918 2xxxx) who asks me to increase the premium to 2L a year so that i get a referral bonus of 6.1L extra( person who is convinced with the plan and people will obviously fall for this as the due diligence for the policy is already done). They continuosly call you till you make the payment after that he took OTP from me to fill some form and when I questioned he said that he is not taking for any bank transactions and he is doing a favor for me.

Meanwhile to gain the trust, he told me that he too is a CA like me and tries to get close saying that i can treat him like a brother and i can call him for any insurance related products bla bla

When i got the policy also the schedule did not match with what was promised and when i called him he again tries to play emotional card with me and promises that i will find everything in the portal.

They receive your call till the free lookup period is over and then just ignore you after that.

When i wanted to follow up on the portal which never got generated even after 3 months and they ignored me, that is when i got to know i was scammed and started calling the customer care at which time my phone no and email id etc did not match(as the agent had filled the application to do me a favor). Then i got to know that the person who sold policy to me was from IIFL and not bhartiaxa.

and raised it with the complaints team of bhartiaxa and explained him the full details and told them that if this is not resolved the i will take it to ombudsman this time and got full refund. Beware that Bhartiaxa is fully aware of these scams, infact they have trained people to sell this policy in this way. One strong suggestion to all: before buying the policy take everything in writing from them not on WhatsApp but email and make sure that the email if official from bhartiaxa and not gmail, do not get fooled when they say that they can't but you will get after purchase. Tell them that what cannot be given in writing cannot be bought and don't fall for their 1day offer techniques. One day offers are just to push you hard to purchase without thinking much
