I recently got Airtel Black Connection with broadband and DTH bundle pack but my experience is pathetic in terms of service and facilities.
False sale commitment: Airtel salesman Anish made false sales commitments as whatever he told me, isn't fulfilled till date. Not only this he migrated my existing DTH connection to the black plan due to the same, I am facing a lot of problems.
No free period: As committed in their ad and committed by their salesman, I didn't get 30 days free trial which is again a service failure and commitment failure also. They have raised a bill(Post adjustment of my balance amount) for my DTH which must be FOC for first 30 days as per their sales commitment.
Faulty STB: first of all, I didn't get my HD STB even after 20 days of installation which was supposed to get on the day of installation. Secondly since I got it(That too incomplete set as only STB without dish or power adaptor is delivered), Its not functioning well and they have replaced it once as it seems that they are providing refurbished STB rather than the new one.
Poor customer service: They claim to give us dedicated representative but they are just dummy as they can't provide you solution except raising a complaint.
Overall I would like to say that it was my wrong decision to use Airtel Black service and I would suggest everyone that don't believe them and ensure proper fulfillment of promises made by the company.
