Genuine Review & Issue faced by ME. Please Read and then book your journey from this agent
The trip was booked on 6th June by the Bharat Bhraman Holidays. The call centre agent Ajay was very polite for his sale incentive to book me for the trip. Payment as per their terms were made and the day I reached Ambala after a journey of 30 hrs.
1st- The driver asked us to come outside the station which was around 1km away.
2nd- The driver seems to be very indecent and when I asked to stop at a veg restaurant he asked me to have the food at the place where he can get his commission.
3rd- The permit as per the govt for Rohtang pass is 500 but the cheap and Thirdclass service by Bharat Bhraman took Rs6000 for the trip to Rohtang from Manali of 50 kms.
4th- The driver used to take me to the places from where we can take the Dresses for going to Rohtang so that he can get his commission.
5th- The total trip costed me around 60k and I feel like I was looted by the travel agent team.
6th- The rooms as per the pics which were shown at the time of booking were totally different and when complained they said this is a season time.
7th- A single pc of water bottle was not provided in the room and it was said that water bottles are chargeable basis.
8th- Bharat Bhraman Holidays is the new name as they have changed the name due to previous bad ratings and worst service provided by dem.
9th- The total trip costed me rs 65000 and when I asked them to make the bill on my GSTIN number they denied of making the bill.
10th- My luggage was opened by the driver at Amritsar when we were checked out from the hotel and when I reached Ambala after the cab dropped us we found that the Lugguage was opened and found 25000/ cash and 2 shirts, 1 Tshirt, 1 Pant, 1 bottle of Perfume missing.
11th- It's a clear case of theft and loot by the BHARAT BHRAMAN HOLIDAYS which have harassed us mentally and physicaly.
12th- The driver was so indecent that he not only misbehaved with me, he also misbehaved with my wife and a 6 years old kid.
I would like to make a sincere request to kindly look into the matter and help me in recovering the Looted amount from the Travel Agent for mentally and physically harassing the tourist. I would request the Team to kindly take this matter on a serious note so that in future a tourist like me won't face the same situation like me & request to cancel there license for being a TRAVEL AGENT.
I feel I have wasted a great deal of money on a tour arranged at their office - the tour was seriously overpriced, I was tricked into making an additional payment in cash and without a receipt for 'taxes' not shown on the paperwork.
When I made the payment I asked them to provide me a GSTIN bill but till now I haven't received any paper doc from them.
This clearly shows how they take the TAXes amount and dupe people.
I need to recover my stolen things.
