I am having a gas connection from Bharat Gas from several years but I have to say that they are providing very poor services. Their employees are very harsh with the customers. Subsidy has not been accounted in my bank account from six month, now they require my bank passbook to check. Don’t they think, they have to check their own passbook, why I will show them my all transactions just because of the subsidy? They are completely illiterate.
Gas booking system is also delayed all the time. It took almost five to deliver the gas cylinder. I think they should monetize their work and should consider customer privacy. Till that time, they should not be considered.
