Bharat Gas can cost you your life. Review on Bharat Gas

I am a Bharat Gas consumer from past couple of months. Previously I was using HP gas service. It happens with me 2 days back when a Bharat Gas cylinder which started leaking like hell in the middle of night. We were all sleeping at that time and suddenly we started smelling like hell. So we went to the kitchen and shocked to see that a new bharat gas cylinder is leaking. The entire family went kiosk and we quickly called customer service number given on the passbook but no one answered the call. Then we called another number and a person picks up the phone and he asked us to keep the cylinder outside the house and he is sending a technician. We asked him to send the technician asap as it is very dangerous. Half an hour past and no one arrives then we call back and he said that the technician is on the way. Finally after one hour and fifteen minutes the technician arrives. He checked the cylinder abd said that the gas valve is loosen up and he has fixed it. We asked him to take the cylinder along with him but he refused. He then locked the gas seal and said that we have to exchange this cylinder tomorrow at the bharat gas office. We told him that its dangerous to keep the cylinder at home for the entire night and it may explode and we cant risk our lives. He was not ready to take the cylinder with him and he said that he has sealed the gas so that it will not leak. Next day we went to bharat office and get the cylinder exchanged. My concern here is if something had happened to my family due to cylinder leakage then who were responsible. Going to file a legal complaint against Bharat Gas as this is a serious and danger issue which Bharat gas representatives are not even bothered of.
