My experience with Bhanzu Class has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. After enrolling and paying for their classes, I found myself in a situation where no one from their team bothered to contact me. The classes abruptly stopped without any prior notice or explanation.
Customer Support Nightmare:
Attempting to reach their customer support was an exercise in futility. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and there was no response on their social media channels either. It felt like I was shouting into a void with no one listening or caring about my concerns.
Feeling Unlucky and Regretful:
Taking admission in Bhanzu Class turned out to be a regrettable decision. The lack of communication and support left me feeling unlucky and frustrated. It's deeply disappointing to invest time and money into an educational program only to be met with such neglect and incompetence.
