Looking at the performance of Mr. Neelkanth Bhanuprakash I subscribed my son in 2nd std & niece in 7th std.
Somehow niece sessions are going OK but big mistake for my son.
Bhanzu promises if classes are not satisfactory then they refund in 15-20 days.
I raised refund request to their support teams. Support team & their Relationship Manager of Bhanzu is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. Its been 3 months following up with them everytime approach its back to square. Only response is it will be processed in 3-5 weeks.
It looks like their intention is to make customer life hell with their irrelevant replies so that customer forgets about getting refund.
I even mailed to Mr. Bhanuprakash, Krishnakanth Jss, Prachotan, Narendra Ramachandra but only for time being will get speeded up.
But later for every query it again falls in big blackhole loop so that customer will lose patience to forgets refund.
BIG NO to Bhanzu.
