I’m sharing this to alert parents about the questionable practices of Bhanzu. I enrolled my child, and after being told by their executives that the fees for 18 months were refundable after 20 classes, I am now being refused a refund unless 35 classes 80% are completed! This was never communicated to me, and they’ve stuck me with unclear terms buried in a complicated "trust certificate."
It’s been over five months of back and forth with no solution. If you are considering using their services, beware of their misleading refund policies! Transparency matters, and this is unacceptable. Let’s hold them accountable!
