We are the trekking kind of family and loved the picturesque view throughout the climb. Sadly enough there were families with elder members or with little kids who couldn't climb and missed out on an awesome journey. Once up one must go to Shiva's café without which the whole effort is a little amiss.It is around 5 min drive from chowk. You have to walk around 2-3 km in order to reach waterfall. There is a slope which can be a little tiring to climb it. Due to the slope we decided to take another route which would take us down to the water. It was not well constructed. Still we enjoyed a lot. The temple was in the way to waterfall. It is a must visit attraction when in mcleodganj.I visited this place in August 2016 during monsoon time. At that time, waterfall was great.
Nature lovers and adventurous tourist would love this place . There are many steps to climb the mountain to reach bhagsu waterfall but once you reach and touch the fresh chilled water and forget all your tiredness.
