It is situated in Dayal Bagh, Agra.I with my best friend went to this outlet for giving my birthday treat to my best friend and found this outlet is based on big fame and bad quality product theory .
Food And Presentation
Food and presentation of this restaurant was pathetic just because of worst quality of fastfood providing by them, I ordered rava paneer masala dosa , aloo paneer sandwich, paneer pav bhaji and double cheese topping pizza for me and my best friend ravi and we started to eat than we realised that we came to the wrong outlet means we got worst quality food, there was no taste in that food we felt that we were eating lots of spices without any taste.
Ambience
Ambience of this outlet was not so good just because of unhygienic condition and bad cleaning of crockeries and cutleries and dirty stains were visible on the glass and plates because it was not wiped properly and mosquitoes were flying here and there.
Customer Service
Customer service of this outlet was very pathetic, no one came to clean the table and we got very delayed service and we realised that staff shortage problem was there.
Value For Money
In the last I would like to mention that this outlet is totally wastage of money and it is not good value for money. I spend Rs 120 for per plate of rava paneer masala dosa , Rs 50 for per aloo paneer sandwich, Rs 80 for per plate of Paneer Pav Bhaji , Rs 120 for per plate of double cheese topping pizza. And after eating those dishes I realised that it was the worst outlet and I felt my money went to the dustbin due to the worst quality of foods
