I ordered pair of Sandals from them only because I was not getting the similar size(8) at any retail store, but though I ordered 8, they delivered 7 and now they are refusing to do the reverse pick up even after several reminders. It seems that their call center staff has been trained to provide a lip service treatment to all issues. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction and quality of product and service.
