I feel this review is:
I am very disappointed with the working culture that has been set by the management here at Berkadia. This organization does not focus on the growth of its employees which is one of the biggest isues here. There are many flaws with the management which give birth to confusion and wrong decisions. I regret joining this organization and will also tell others not to join this company.
