I have been a regular at Bella Madonna since it started services in Gurgaon(somewhere in 2006-2007) and have been a fan of their mani pedis.
The lush chairs with kneading and massage features, the chocolate pedicure and the UV autoclave to disinfect tools made this the perfect place for a nice treat. I still think that their mani-pedis are amongst the best you can find because the massage is done well.
Apart from this the hair service is above average - they do a great job with hair spas, the hair wash in itself is a heavenly experience with massage chairs and well trained people to wash and massage your scalp. However the beauty services are average. They use the best products and are quire overpriced for facials and waxing and the beauticians themselves arent always consistent in providing you with the best service. So my reccomendation is to try it out for all pampering treatments while the beauty services leave a lot to be desired.
