I bought the Belkin wireless router F5D7234 about 2.5 years back. Since then, using it was a breeze. The router went dead this morning. Tried resetting and using another socket but to no avail. Most likely looks like a busted adaptor. Then I remembered it has lifetime warranty. Call the toll free number. The person could really not understand that the product was dead. She was asking me to connect a LAN cable and give her the IP address.
Finally when she understood the problem, she agreed for a replacement but I need to have the bill. Well, I have the bill but its faded since it was thermal paper. She said its fine. The saga will continue tomorrow at the service center.
