Hi, I am based in Ahmedabad. I am writing this review after 2 months because even after the handover, some work is still pending. Do not trust the sales team as they freeze the quotation based on false promises and later, during the final billing, they make excuses about copy/paste mistakes. Due to their error, I had to bear an additional cost of 50, 000 rupees. APBHS plays a minimal role(about 20%), while 80% of the work depends on the General Contractor(GC). Unfortunately, APBHS and the GC do not coordinate well, resulting in higher costs for us.
If you still decide to sign with them, ensure that all agreements are documented with signatures from both the AP execution team and the GC, otherwise, you might end up paying extra like I did. They will not answer your calls if it doesn't benefit them, leading to a total communication gap.
I chose APBHS thinking they were professional, but they are not. You need to be very proactive daily to manage the ongoing project.
Honestly, if you have the time and want to save your hard-earned money, go with local interior designers because I found little difference between APBHS and local options.
If you opt for modular furniture, choose AP modular furniture over GC modular furniture, or go for onsite work, which is the best option. It might be a bit more expensive, but you will get a longer warranty and better quality.
From my personal experience, the overall cost will increase by 20% if you select APBHS. Do some basic homework on all the costs they provide.
In my opinion, I do not recommend APBHS.
Because:
1) Unprofessional
2) Communication Gap
3) Around 20% more price comparing to local options
4) Factory made furniture not good from GC
5) Unwanted mess during final billing
6) 2 months after handover and still pending work
7) False promises
8) You have to be Proactive and spend more time on it
9) Silly reasons of copy/paste issue. Unbelievable.
10) No sync of GC and BHS, leading to more billing on us
11) Damaged tiles and bathroom accessories by GC team
12) Many more to go.
