It was a big mistake to switch from bsnl broadband to beam telecom. I have been using bsnl since last two years the pricing and speed was ok but when I wanted to upgrade I though beam was a better option than bsnl. it totally ruined my internet since last one month.
every week atleast once they need to reboot their modem which is connected near my home.
service person comes after 2 days of lodging compliant
by paying 600 rupees monthly I get only 350 kbps of download speed.
friends if you are option for beam tele I warn you to better choose other options in hyderabad. never fall prey to them. they are lethargic to serve and enthusiasts to eat your money.
