I have been using them since last 6 months and this is the best isp speed that I have seen. Installation is a et them inem with these guys. If you are able to get them install, then you wont have any problem. In the last 6 months it was down thrice for 30 mins and only once for almost 6 hours. I doubt its coz of them. In my area the local cable guys cut the wires.
A 800m file gets downloaded in less than 10 mins. I pay 100rs for 10mbps plan. Previously I used to pay YOUtelecom 1482 for 1mbps. Look at the difference. Costs less by 25% and gives 10 times more. I would definitely recommend them.
