I used to be a big fan of Bata, because bata is wel known for long lasting and durable products. My exeriance with Bata is no more good now. I am really disappointed with the quality which is not at all acceptable from company which used to be a first choice.I bought a nice formal shoes from Bata Showroom situated on Brigade Road Bangalore, I questioned shopkeeper about warrenty and I was informed that, minimum 6 months is warrenty period and anything goea wrong I will be getting a replacement but Shoe could not last even one month and shopkeeper refuced from replacing it.I bought one more Bata shoe thinking that may be sometimes it happens that product is not aa good as it should be but same thing happend. Bata if you want to sustain your customer bring back the quality you used to render.
