Experienced the drive-through and requested a 2 scoop brownie sundae without a cherry. The young lady was inviting and arrange turned out in a tolerable time. She let me know she put the cherry on mischance and inquired as to whether I like another. I advised her it was alright and that I would take it off. I drove off and began eating my sundae and understood no brownie at the base. When I got to my destination I got back to and requested a supervisor. She expressed she was one. So I clarified it was absent. She instructed me to hang on so she could request that another administrator what do. So she returns to the telephone and requesting that I bring the sundae back and they will make it over.
I clarified I ate some and it was practically dissolved by then. I asked her might I be able to do it one more day. I was put on hold again and she said I would need to bring it back. I advised her I was not sparing a dissolved Sundae. She said alright and hung up on me. Never offered an expression of remorse. So I messaged the organization. They did react promptly and said the administrator would get in touch with me. He or she never did. The way that I was dealt with like I wasn't right and they never said sad miracle me.
