Yday was Mommy's bday. Decided to visit a pure vegetarian restaurant as my mom enjoys food if it's a completely vegetarian restaurant. Searched on Zomato for good vegetarian restaurant using the filter option. Only thing that caught my attention was basil.
The beautiful blue led theme is eye catching. It exactly gave me the same feeling that I get while sitting in my i20. Quickly ordered kiss me pink mocktail with gobi manchurias n barbecue paneer tikka. Kiss me pink was strictly average. It horribly resembles gelusil. The was no essence of cranberry in the mocktail. Gobi manchurias n paneer barbecue tikka were good. Coming to main course we ordered basil paneer masala, basil tawa vegetables n veg tikki masala with half a dozen naans n plain rotis. All three curries were really good. Must try. Naans were dripping butter. Yummy taste.
Then ordered veg fried rice n called it a day with a ice cream named my heart is beating 4 u. Fried rice was Mediocre. U get similar stuff at half price in a small outlet. My heart is beating 4 u is essentially a tall strawberry sundae with soft breads all over the place. It was strictly average for the price. I badly wanted to try chocolate sizzler but the waiter told me that brownies r not available as a result I dropped the idea of ordering chocolate sizzler. Overall a worthy visit. The best part about the restaurant has to be its ambience.
