I had just received my Barclay's Premium League credit card, when I received another letter from them stating that my card is not valid as they are sending me another card. I was surprised, but eventually started using this NEW card. Now that I have used the card, I was expecting a statement.
Nothing came. No online user ID or password provided. So being a law abiding citizen, I called up the number written on the card 60004444. My landline tells me to check the number I have dialed. Then I searched the net (not their website), and found a 1800 number and called.
It just rang and stopped. I don't know how much is my card balance (bad boy, never kept count on what I swiped !). Their website has this service of paying for the credit card using Billdesk. But no luck on when to pay, or how much to pay. Any one had luck talking to the "Premium" Barclays?
