I took a Barclays Yatra Card a year ago. Their customer service is so painful whenever you call they keep you on wait for almost 10-20 minutes then the customer care guy responds to your calls and starts asking a series of question and even if you forget to tell a comma in the address they don't answer your query. Then they promised you will receive your bills by e-mail in 7 days and even after 3 weeks it doesn't turn out. At least now they have made a provision for online payment through banks otherwise it was always a pain to make payment. They don't have any offices here so no way you can talk directly.
Also all the offer they give most of them are useless most of the time. Worst thing about customer care number, every time I call it was getting disconnected after three rings but finally it got connected after 15 dials, when I told this problem I was told because I was using toll free number so I must not expect any better call service.
