Hello guyz, I am having saving account in Bank Of India, i am having that account from last 3 years. I have never seen this much poor services.irresponsible management they have. Even no response from seniour Officers. Struggled to get it for almost 3 weeks, sent many emails to get the update on this but no proper response on it.
After 1 weeks after a long struggle to get connected to customer care on telephone, he said that they have an incorrect address in their records.this type of sily mistakes their staff doing.very very very poor services.
