I also have accounts with bank of india,
they are not as bad as portrayed by others here.
my account is at delhi, and the staff is very cooperative
and helpful..
somewhat officious( read slow at ) but thats true of most
nationalised banks...
on the whole I would still work with this bank.
they have improved quite a lot after their public issue
about 5 years back.howvere, the share price drop has disappointed lots of people..
