Myself Sumit Dhanawade sharing my worst personal experiences happened with this Bank of India recently.


I had opened saving account at Kandivali Lokhandwala( Anita Accord, Akurli Road, Lokhandwala, Kandivali(E) Branch on 24/02/2014. Account Number is XXXXXXXXXXX3896.


1) I visited Branch to apply for Debit Card.very bad behavior and insulting language from inquiry counter which located at left side of the entrance. What type of people are you flourishing?


2) I applied for a debit card on 12/01/2018. Mr.( Right side of Entrance) told me to enquire after 15 days.I sent my brother to confirm whether a debit card is ready or not on 25/01/2018. Mr.(Stupid) from reception replied that card is ready. Then I visited Branch with my passbook on 29/01/2018. Mr. Stupid reversed back from his sentence. I asked him that why it happened.but there was no point to wasting my time and arguing with stupid people. On the same day in the second half, I received a call from branch saying the card is ready.what an administration!


3) Again I visited the branch on 01/02/2018 at 9.00am to collect the same and deposited a cheque of Rs. 1, 49, 900/-. I deposited a cheque and asked for my debit card.again that Mr. Stupid very easily said the card has not yet come. What a coordination.after confirmation also he was not able to find my debit card.I started shouting that man and asked him to recheck.he rechecked and found my card.how careless staff is!


4) I deposited my cheque on 01/02/2018 at 9.00am for 1st clearing.as usual, I expected that it will clear till 03/02/2018 till evening.Now today date is 05/02/2018.cheque was not cleared.I tried to get help from branch.Ms.lady super business developer told me that my account number is not mentioned behind cheque.


Now See the level of stupidness.nobody can deposit his cheque without his account number.somebody teach them how to get account number from the front of slip written twice.


If somebody forgot to write an account number who is responsible to call respective customer? Are they sleeping during taking cheques for clearing?


BOI you are losing your customers because of your illiterate staff. During above incidence, I saw many unsatisfied people at your branch. Already you loosed one customer and I will be second as per my knowledge. See the competition and customer relation in a market.


I hope the bank will find those Mr. Stupid and Ms. Super business developer if you are capable. And take corrective actions.


One more thing.try to get work done within given deadline and stop harassing common people.
