Today im going to share my terrible experiences with bank of india education loan.
When I was in 2nd sem of engineering I applied for education loan online in the month of march'15 because at that time my father's financial position is too bad and there is no possibility for him to manane 2.5 lakh rupee in just two months.
After applying for education loan I got a verifation email regarding loan registration and status.I was checking my status everyday but evertime it was saying my application is still under review.This process continued for more than 3 weeks.
After 20 days I call into sbi for enquiry and executive told me that my application may be accepeted within few days.I again waited for a week and their customers executive told me the same thing.
In more than 40 days I didn't get any responce from bank.I again called into sbi this time my behaviour was litterly rude executive forwarded my call to their senior executives who told me that my home branch didn't responded yet it must be better if you contact in your home branch directly.
At that time my examinations was going on so its not possible for me to come from chennai so my father contacted in sbi home brach and he told me that you have to come otherwise they will not do anything.
When my examination over I came home and very next day I went to the bank and told the whole story.The finance manger told me that it will took time and you have to submit security and so many other documens for furthur processing.I completed each and every document and submited to bank very next day.Manger told me come back after 4-5 days.
After 4-5 days when I went and asked for loan he replied very rudely and said it will took more time and why are you disturbing me.
Belive me friends I have visted more than 10 times and his behaviour getting rude day by day.
Unfortunately I didn't get loan from this bank even after trying more than 3 months even when im proper eligible to get it.
After this incident anyone can think about their poor staffs, facilities, banking services and all.
