I had visited this insurance agent as I want to start my new insurance. The company is very old and is popular. The staff working here are very less and most of the time they don't respond properly as they are busy. I had asked for a form and had to wait for an hour to collect the form. Also after filling the form I had asked for various schemes and services. So they had given me a booklet and told to visit the website. My insurance got started after two months. For a single work to do they take too much time. I had asked to many people regarding this insurance company and I got to know what that it is not that good and during claiming the insurance one has to many ups and downs. Visit the branch everytime or call them. I suggest not to have any insurance with this agent because of poor services.
