I would like to write a review about this shopping site. I heard about this site from some advertisements. So I started using it and I had ordered a mp3 player from this site.
First of all it delivered on one month after than they predicted. And they delivered the product not at the correct address. They delivered at my neighbour's house.
The packing was not good. They packed this product only with one box. But luckily nothing happened to my product.
However, I agained ordered an phone case from this. I ordered for iPhone 6, but they delivered the case for iPhone 7 plus. I tried to call them. But they didn't attend the call. And I many times mailed them about my issue. But they respond to my mail after one month.
And their response was negative. Because they told that for resend the product again they will charge the Shipping cost, which is double cost of this case.
Already I lost my money for the case and shipping charge. So It should be waste of money and I didn't tell them to resend it.
Two times from them it was a bad experience. The products that they are sending is quality products, but not good services.
The website is also very slow and very difficult to order an item. If I am adding any product to the cart, for the next day itself it should be automatically removed from the cart.
So overall I am not satisfied with their service and support. I stopped ordering from this site.
