Bang: The Ritz-Carlton in Residency Road, Bangalore is a rooftop pub and it has dim lightings and the seating is a bit congested. They have live music of weekends. Their food options are limited but tasty.
They serve tapio chips and groundnuts so that you can munch something while your order arrives. Their prawn rolls and dragon chicken have a unique taste and are delectable. The sweet sauce that they serve with it is not that great. Their Thai chicken is ambrosial and you will love every bit of it. Their squid pepper fry is lip-smacking and their gosht biryani is mouthwatering as well.
Their barbeque chicken pizza can be given a miss because it does not rank high on the taste meter. Their crispy corn is crunchy and a true delight to have. Their margarita pizza is not that good as the cheese is like any other local cheese, their crust is thin and their sauce lacks flavor and this is not what you expect from a luxury hotel right? It is a huge disappointment! Their chicken fiery is sapid and you will love every bite of it.
Their tequila sunrise is made very well here. It is strong just like it should be. Their frosty bite is also not too sweet and not to bitter; it is made to perfection.
Overall, Bang: The Ritz-Carlton has some friendly staff, some amazing drinks and it is one of Bangalore’s most favorite rooftop lounges so this is a place that you should definitely try.
