Nice but not the best. Review on Ballentines Whisky

Without getting into those lengthy stories, lets make it an upto the point and short review.

Packaging-impressive(the outer steel container and the bottle speaks for itself.looks very costly.the upper lid can be used as an ice tray which is a nice feature if one wants to save it for a later day.also this lid is a bit hard to open)

Taste-a bit sweet(but not as sweet as chivas)

smoothness-not as smooth as black dog, chivas, 100 pipers.

Smell- *Floral, gentle and delicate

Hit-very light(I had five 30 ml pegs and after 15 minutes it was all gone)

Hangover-absolute no

Price-1600 Delhi(a bit over priced)

Overall-I tried this one just for the sake of change.personally I don’t think it is worth its price.It was only the look of the bottle that kept me involved.For the same price range, Black Dog is far far better.And even the lesser priced VAT 69 and 100 pipers will have an upper hand.
