After a long long time...in facts years, finally Indian television is back to what it used to be like...Balika Badhu...a story based on child marriage...surprising but still exists in India...
Is an eye-opener. in the hush and rush of city lives where we feel that India is the next super power n people living in urban areas spending their time in shopping malls and cinemas, spending huge amounts on all luxuries...we seem to have forgotten that there are many evils that still continue to exist...which we as citizens of the country should at least care for.
The kind of acting, right from the kid to the dadi-saas....they are reminding me of the likes of “Mujrim Hazir”...a long forgotten soap...great work...great message and whole some entertainment...something that will help old and young learn something better than what they learn from the great saas bahu serials which seems to have taught an entire generation to have extra marital affairs, back stab people and of course not to forget that even if people die they can be alive for trps in a few weeks!!! Three cheers for the Balika Badhu team. Keep up the good work.
