The bhakshi tek chand DAV college is the private college working on UG programs under the Himachal Pradesh University rules and regulations.
LOCATION
It is located in Banikhet Chamba .Almost 1km below from the main bus stand of Banikhet . STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
the building structure is an old fashioned and now a days the college working on side wise building .
There is a not so much students as compared to others colleges but it covers the nearby local areas and villages .
I am also live in chamba and studying in the post graduate college chamba doing bsc.its my final year now.
I can also ride to Banikhet many times . DESIGN AND DISPLAY IMAGE
The design of college not so attractive and also the building is very less or small for a college level .The colour of building is also fade by the time.

RULES AND REGULATION
There are many rules and regulation on this college they treat the students as they are in 12th class but they don't give freedom to students how they read learn and feel the life.
Totally a school environment created by the college .
Which is totally a wrong way but parents of the students like this ways that why no one can student stand against it.
MY WAY .but in my opinion its not the good thinking that the school environment is good for college student's .
Its the time to live life own and make It or spoil it it's in our hand.
If freedom is not given to student like other colleges then it's overall or mental developments stops at the 12 th class standard type which is the wrong or harmful. I can request to himachal government should be interfair in this college management rules and regulation.
CONCLUSION
I cannot recommend to ut for students.It not the a best choice .
Choose always government colleges to take advantages of every facilities of Himachal government.
