I have Morphy Richards 0TG. The bottom to heating elements have stopped working and I approach Bajaj service on 1800 number. They directed me to a dealer who said he has no stock of the same. I again contacted Bajaj service and they said the needful would be done. After a week they disposed of the complaint, saying it has been resolved. When I contacted them once again, redirected my phone to the dealer I and The dealer expressed inability because he had no stock of the item.
