I purchased this product as of late hoping that like their geysers, the mixie would likewise be great. Be that as it may, I was terribly wrong. Since from the very beginning I purchased, it gives issue. A technician from the service center came for demo. He began the demo on food processing section. The moment, he began by putting the sharp edges of processor, and put the vegetable the processor quit working. He attempted many times and finally he needed to open the processor just to find that the belt was deficient. So he replaced the belt and began demonstrating. It was not only the belt that was deficient but even alternate parts of the machine were faulty in light of the fact that he needed to hold the container so as to make it work. I realised that I had made a terrible mistake just by seeing the demo. I have been using this product for about 3 months now and I have encountered numerous problems with it and every I have to take it to the service center for getting it working. This product is defenitely not worth the money.
