Hey guys, today I am gonna share my review on this service which is a well named brand as we all know about it, the service is named as Bajaj Finserv . I applied for the card of bajaj finserve a month ago and I didn't recieved it yet as they should have been delivered it to me but they didn't . This is quiet disappointing .
Customer Service: customer service is very ordinary as they are not responding about my problem and they are making excuses.
Rates and Charges: the rates and charges are very high as compare to other companies and the interest rate are very high as far as EMI are concerned .
Satisfaction: I am not satisfied by this service as they are are not giving the card as I applied for, and the customers service is very ordinary .
Staff attitude: the attitude of staff is not that much polite as it was expected, but the staff is not that much helpful too.
this was my review on Bajaj Finserv, hope you guys like it .
